BURA SDF Suburban Regeneration Report Feb 2008

This report examines the challenges and opportunities facing suburban areas in order for them to provide communities suitable for 21st Century living. The report highlights the current condition of suburban areas and the challenges that they face in attracting investment and residents as a result of competition from the rejuvenation of city centres and the attraction of living in outlying rural areas.
