Biography: 
Born in Asuncion, Paraguay, on 5th May 1966. Studied elementary and secondary school in a public school. AFS exchange students to USA 1983/84. Active volunteer at the AFS local office for more than 20 years. Serve as Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees. Graduated from the National University of Asuncion, in the area of humanities, majoring English.Specialized in Business English Teaching, and Registrered English/Spanish translator. Professional experience ranges from working for an American Oil Company in the area of administration, university based-developing proyect, South African Embassy in Paraguay cultural and Political section assitant,Rio Tinto Group subsidiary barging company in Paraguay and currently working in the social sector as the head of a cultural Center, since 2003.
