Volunteer Interviewers

Finally, we have been asked by Dublin City Enterprise Board to pass on a request from Jobcare for volunteer interviewers (see email from Jobcare to DCEB below).

Jobcare is a charity that provides training and support for unemployed people in the city. DECB has, in the past, helped Jobcare by linking us up with business people who have given of their time to support our work. We are now urgently in need of your assistance. Due to the increase in unemployment we have been inundated with people wanting to take our Jobseekers course. Consequently, we have doubled our class numbers from 25 to 50. Part of the course involves sending the client to a local business for a half hour ‘mock interview’. The interview date is Wednesday, February 10th.

Could you get this information and request out to your network? Perhaps member/s of staff at DCEB might like to help out as well.
