Hi
Just looking back over the notes from the initial session in October, this "key action" struck me:

• Foster collaboration through:
o Distributing a list of all network members, with brief description of what they do, what they want to do, and with a picture

This was what I was really looking forward to after the session, but here we are nearly 3 months later and the list of members numbers only 14. Why is it not possible to provide members with a list of the people they met who attended that day and joined CreativeD? You have all our details, surely anyone willing to sign up to the group wouldn't mind having their name and email address passed on to those in the same situation? As it is, it feels like there's "nobody out there".

Hi Kate,

Would tend to agree with you. However I think another problem with people getting in touch with one another and sharing info online is the lack of simplicity of the whole Citieslinked / Creative D / Link etc website, forums and group discussions. I find it difficult to find things and annoying to post comments and I am very knowledgable about computers so what hope have some other people got. - It should be a straight forward click and type. I have expressed this view to Creative D a couple of times and to be fair to Clodagh and Mitchell their hands our tied. I think everyone would love to see a very simple discussion forum on the Creative D website.
I do agree with your point though about the lack of a database which is badly needed.

Regards
Nick

Hi Nick,
couldn't agree more, it seems like you have to search out any online activity rather than it being simple to access. Maybe we should all just set up a Facebook page instead :-)
